Taikoo li Shopfront Renovation

The main issues of this old shopfront were the lacked of a focal point and horizontal spandrels giving the facade a cramped appearance. Situated at the heart of Taikoo Li Sanlitun and facing a bustling outdoor plaza, the shop should leverage its prime location by maximizing the design of its storefront to attract a high volume of visitors. To remedy, our cladding renovation focuses on highlighting the shopfront as an ever-changing stage for the shop and plaza.

Condition of the old shopfront:

The condition of the old shopfront presents a challenge as it appears to be very low in head height, which may detract from its visual impact. Additionally, the shop front does not stand out enough to catch the attention of passersby.

Site:

The new shopfront focuses on improving its engagement with its surrounding.

The display box wraps around the store corner, creating the ultimate stage to spotlight stunning art pieces or the latest in-season merchandise. From inside, it beautifully frames the vibrant buzz of the plaza, turning every glance into a visual treat.

Brands can make the most of this unique feature, customizing the display with their signature colors, aesthetics, and style, adding a distinct flair to their pop-up stores.
